Install ChatGPT on every other device
Put the app on your iPhone, your iPad, your laptop, and any other Mac you use. Each one becomes a node, a way to reach your headquarters from wherever you are.

Start pairing from your headquarters device
Open the ChatGPT desktop app on your headquarters computer and click "Set up Remote" in the sidebar. A QR code shows up on screen. Open the ChatGPT app on your phone and scan it with your camera. ChatGPT opens on its own and finishes the pairing.

Add every other device through Settings
Back on your headquarters device, open Settings, then Connections, then click "Control other devices." Scan the same way for your iPad, then any other laptop or Mac you use, one device at a time. Needs Codex access on your plan. The option won't show up otherwise.

Confirm the pairing actually holds
Open Settings, then Connections again on your headquarters device. Each device you paired should show up in the list as connected. Then open voice on your phone and ask about a file that only lives on your headquarters machine. If it answers correctly, the pairing is live.

Go anywhere, run your day by voice
Walk out the door with just your phone. Open voice, ask for a briefing on your projects, get a recommended next step, then tell it to spin up a new thread. It's all still running on your headquarters device. You're just controlling it from wherever you are.
