The reel behind this page flips through 9 jobs in 10 seconds: trainer, meal planner, money auditor, the systems that run my content. Too fast to read on purpose. This is every card at human speed, with the prompt behind each one.
→Six of these replace something people pay for every month. The other three are the systems running my accounts every day.
→Each build tells you where it runs (a chat, a Project, Claude Code), whether it needs a connector, and when to re-run it. The prompt is paste-ready either way.
→Nothing here needs code except builds 8 and 9, and those come with the starter commands. Build 7 has an optional upgrade that runs itself every morning.
“I film one take and walk away.”— card #8, the video editor

01
Personal trainer
Set this up as a Project on claude.ai (New Project, paste the prompt as its instructions) so every week's numbers live in one place and it remembers your whole history. Works with a full gym or one pair of dumbbells. Progression is the whole point: it bumps the load only when you hit the reps.
You are my personal trainer. My setup: [gym / home + what equipment].
Days I can train: [e.g. Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat]. Experience: [beginner / a few years].
Goal: [build muscle / drop fat / both].
Write this week's program: exercises, sets x reps, target weight or RPE,
and total session time. Keep sessions under [45] minutes.
Every week I'll paste last week's numbers. Bump the weight on any lift
where I hit all reps, and swap anything that hurt.
Runs in: claude.ai Project · Connector: none · Re-run: weekly, manual. It needs last week's numbers from you, so this one shouldn't run on a schedule.
02
Meal planner
One prompt, once a week, plain chat is fine. Give it what's in the kitchen and how your week looks, get every dinner plus a grocery list of only what's missing. Leftovers get planned on purpose instead of dying in the fridge. If you keep your diet and busy nights stable, save those lines in a Project so Sunday takes 30 seconds.
Plan my dinners for the week. In my kitchen right now: [list pantry
and fridge]. I eat: [diet, dislikes]. Busy nights: [e.g. Tue, Thu],
those need 15 minutes or less.
Output: a table (day, meal, cook time), then a grocery list of ONLY
what I still need, grouped by store aisle. Cook once, eat twice
wherever it works.
Runs in: claude.ai chat (Project if your preferences are stable) · Connector: none · Re-run: Sunday. Claude Code users: /schedule can draft the week every Sunday from your standing preferences, you just reply with pantry corrections.
03
Trip planner
Pure one-shot, no setup at all. It plans around your budget and your pace instead of dumping the same top-10 list every blog runs. Costs per stop, booking flags for the things that sell out, a backup for rain. Keep the chat open during the trip: it already knows the whole plan when day 3 falls apart.
Plan a [5]-day trip to [city] for [dates]. Budget: [$X] total after
flights. Pace: [slow mornings / packed days]. I care about: [food,
views, museums, nightlife]. Skip: [whatever you hate].
Day-by-day itinerary with times and cost per stop. Flag anything
that needs booking ahead. Add one rainy-day swap per day.
Two pastes: the posting and your history. You can also just upload your current resume file instead of pasting, claude.ai reads PDFs and docs. It mirrors the posting's own language so the screeners and the ATS see a match, and the rules line means no invented experience gets through.
Rewrite my resume for this exact job.
THE POSTING: [paste the full job posting]
MY EXPERIENCE: [paste your resume or a plain list of what you've done]
Rules: use the posting's own keywords where they're true for me,
quantify wherever my history has numbers, keep it to one page,
invent nothing. Then draft a short cover letter that names the
company and the role.
Runs in: claude.ai chat · Connector: none, upload your resume file directly · Re-run: per application, fresh chat each time.
05
Money auditor
Export two months of statements as CSV from your bank's site, strip the account numbers, paste the rest. It groups the spending, hunts every recurring charge, and names the zombie subscriptions. Mildly painful the first time. The no-connector part is deliberate: never wire an AI into your bank login when a CSV export does the job.
Audit my spending. Below are [2] months of transactions (CSV export,
account numbers removed).
[paste transactions]
Group into categories with monthly totals. List every recurring
charge and its amount. Flag subscriptions I probably forgot,
duplicates, and free trials that started billing. End with the three
biggest leaks and a monthly budget I'd actually keep.
Runs in: claude.ai chat · Connector: none, on purpose · Re-run: monthly. Put a recurring reminder on your calendar; the export step is the whole ritual.
06
Business coach
Cheaper than the $500 course and it disagrees with you, which is the useful part. Make it a Project: the first chat stress-tests the idea, then every week you report real numbers into the same Project and it holds you to the kill criteria it set. A coach with memory beats a one-off pep talk.
Be my business coach. The idea: [describe it in 2-3 sentences].
Budget to start: [$X]. Time I can give it: [hours/week].
Stress-test it: who pays, what they pay, what each sale costs me,
where the math breaks. Then tell me exactly what to do first with
the budget, what result would prove real demand, and the number
that means I should kill it.
Runs in: claude.ai Project · Connector: none · Re-run: weekly check-in with your real numbers.
07
Social media manager
Two versions. V1 needs zero code: a Claude Project that turns whatever you paste each morning into ranked post ideas in your voice, ten minutes a day. V2 is the one I run: Claude Code's /schedule command spins up a cloud agent every weekday morning that searches your niche itself and has the ranked list waiting before you wake up. Web search is built in, so no connector needed for either.
(v1: claude.ai, create a Project, paste this as its instructions)
You are my content strategist. My niche: [what you post about].
My audience: [who follows you and why]. Voice: [2-3 adjectives plus
one example post you've written].
Every morning I'll paste links or headlines from my niche. Rank the
top 3 as post ideas by likely reach. For each: a hook under 12 words,
the angle in 2 sentences, and the format (talking head, text post,
carousel). Then tell me which ONE to make today and why.
(v2: Claude Code, /schedule, weekday mornings, same prompt but open
with: "Search the last 24 hours of news in [niche] first, then...")
Runs in: claude.ai Project (v1) or a Claude Code scheduled agent (v2) · Connector: none, web search is native · Cadence: daily. V2 setup: open Claude Code, type /schedule, pick every weekday 7am, paste the same prompt with 'search my niche's news from the last 24 hours' as the opener.
08
Video editor
This one wants Claude Code, the terminal version. Point it at your raw clips and it does what an editor does: transcribe, keep the best take, cut the dead air, burn in captions. Mine grew into a full pipeline; the starter below gets you most of the way.
# install Claude Code (docs.anthropic.com/claude-code), then
# open a terminal in your footage folder and run:
claude
# paste this once it's running:
"Here are my raw talking-head clips. Transcribe them with whisper,
pick the best take of each line, cut silences longer than 0.4s, and
assemble one vertical video with word-synced captions burned in.
Use ffmpeg. Show me the edit plan before you render anything."
Runs in: Claude Code on your machine · Needs: whisper + ffmpeg, and it installs them for you or says exactly what's missing · Cadence: whenever you film. No schedule, no connector; footage arrives when you do.
09
Executive assistant
This is the one build where connectors earn their place. In claude.ai, Settings then Connectors: turn on Gmail and Google Calendar, and Claude can read the thread it's replying to and see your week before drafting anything. Meeting recordings go through Claude Code with the prompt below. Mine runs around the clock on a Mac mini; yours can start on a laptop.
# meetings: in Claude Code, in a folder with your recording:
"Transcribe meeting.m4a. Then write: (1) a summary with who said
what, (2) action items with owners and dates, (3) a draft follow-up
email in my voice. Here are a few emails I've written so you can
learn the voice: [paste 2-3 real emails]"
# email + calendar: in claude.ai with connectors on, just ask:
"Read the thread from [name] and draft my reply. Check my calendar
before promising any times."
Runs in: claude.ai with Gmail + Google Calendar connectors (drafts, agenda) plus Claude Code for meeting files · Cadence: on demand. Connectors are read-access you grant in Settings, and it drafts, you send; nothing goes out without you.
